Hi, I'm Mathis. My goal is to help you feel supported and prepared to reach your health and wellness goals no matter where you are starting. I used the help of a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer to help guide me in my pursuit to play 4 years of collegiate volleyball. This experience made a lasting impact as it progressed into mentoring competitive athletes in the sport myself and enjoying fitness in a similar way. Now, my approach to exercise is structured around strength, conditioning, and improving movement quality as it relates to you.
