Hi, I’m Erika! Health and fitness have always played a huge role in my life. I was an athlete growing up, but I truly found my confidence and passion when I set foot in the weight room. Working with individuals of different ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, I learned that fitness is not one-size-fits-all. What works for one person may not work for another.
I have experience helping a wide variety of clients, including those navigating the unique challenges of perimenopause and later stages of life, by creating safe, effective routines that support strength, mobility, and overall wellness.
