Hi, I’m Catie. I’m passionate about helping people become the healthiest versions of themselves—not just through numbers on a scale, but by improving how their bodies feel, function, and show up in daily life. I especially enjoy working with postpartum clients, as a mom myself. I understand firsthand the physical and lifestyle changes that come with having a child, as well as the challenge of balancing fitness with a busy schedule. Because of that, I focus on creating workouts that are efficient, realistic, and supportive of where you are in this season of life.
I’m also passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life as they age by building strength, enhancing mobility, and growing confidence.
My passion for health and fitness started through years of playing soccer and navigating my own journey. Today, I focus on helping clients build sustainable habits, feel good in their bodies, and find enjoyment in the process along the way.
