Step-by-step instructions

Start in a regular push-up position, with one hand on a floor slider and the other on the floor.

Spread your feet to a little wider than shoulder width for balance.

Lower your chest towards the floor, bending at the elbow.

At the same time, slide the hand with the slider out to the side.

Push your body back up to the starting position, sliding the hand with the slider back in. Repeat this for the intended number of reps.
