Whether you’re preparing your body for pregnancy, navigating postpartum recovery, keeping up with your kids, or simply wanting to move and feel better day to day, I focus on making fitness approachable and tailored to your real life.
Fitness has always been a central part of my life. From growing up playing sports to competing in college field hockey, strength training elevated both my performance and my understanding of how movement supports everyday demands. After college, my work as a postpartum doula, alongside coaching, has given me deeper insight into how to safely support the body through pregnancy, recovery, and beyond. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you build a strong, capable body that supports you in every season.
