I particularly enjoy working with folks who are newer to weightlifting. My approach is rooted in education, and every exercise I program has a purpose. I love teaching my clients about the “why” of a workout, so you'll feel confident each step of the way.
I began lifting weights over thirteen years ago and was hooked when I began to get stronger and see physique changes. I want to help you feel that confidence too.
