Hi! I'm Dawn. I developed a passion for health and fitness after the birth of my first son. After years of not caring for myself well and going through my first pregnancy, I realized that to have the future I wanted for myself and my family, I had to get serious about taking care of myself. I started going to the gym and fell in love with group fitness, which led me to make a major career change to become a certified instructor and personal trainer. Over the years, I've explored and taught almost every fitness style, worked individually with clients of all ages and fitness levels, and coached hundreds of people to apply habit change to reach their health and fitness goals. I love helping people explore different ways of moving their bodies to achieve their goals, build sustainable healthy habits, and enjoy themselves along the way.
