Star Jump
The Star Jump is a full body exercise improving strength, agility, and cardiovascular health. It works all major muscle groups, combining jumping and extending limbs into a star shape, promoting power, endurance, and flexibility.

Step-by-step instructions

Stand with your feet hip width apart and your arms by your sides.

Bend your knees and crouch into a squat position.

Explode upwards into a jump, spreading your legs apart and swinging your arms up and out to create a star shape with your body.

Land softly with your legs slightly apart and your arms by your sides, immediately crouching low into a squat again in preparation for the next jump.

Repeat the exercise, making sure to keep your movements smooth and controlled.
