Step-by-step instructions

Stand facing the sled with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Bend your knees slightly and lean into the sled, grasping it with both hands.

Start pushing the sled forward, driving with your legs. Try to maintain a smooth, steady motion.

Keep your back straight throughout the exercise to avoid strain or injury.

Reset back to the starting position and repeat for the desired distance.
