Begin by standing tall with your feet hip-width apart.

Lean your body forward slightly to promote forward movement, maintaining a straight posture from head to toe.

Move one foot forward, landing softly on your heel.

Push off with your back foot, propelling yourself forward and moving your opposite foot forward.

Keep repeating the cycle: land on your heel, push off with your toes. Alternate between your feet and continue moving at your comfortable speed.
