Step-by-step instructions

Sit on the edge of a bench, holding a dumbbell in your right hand with your palm facing up.

Rest your right forearm on your right thigh, ensuring your wrist is just hanging off the edge of your knee.

Let the dumbbell roll as far down as it can while still holding onto it.

Curl the dumbbell up using only your wrist.

Slowly lower and repeat, ensuring all movement originates from the wrist, not the arm.
