Dumbbell Halo instructions
Step-by-step instructions

Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell with both hands.

Raise the dumbbell in front of you such that it's level with your chest.

Slowly move the dumbbell around your head, making a 'halo' action, keeping your head steady and back straight.

Continue the circular movement until the dumbbell comes back to the front.

Reverse the direction and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
