Step-by-step instructions

Stand tall with feet hip-width apart in front of a sturdy box or step that has a height you are comfortable with.

Bend your knees and swing your arms back behind you, preparing to launch off the ground.

Push through your feet and explode off the ground, simultaneously driving your arms forward to help propel your body upward.

Land softly on the box with your knees slightly bent to absorb the impact, ensuring that your whole foot lands on the box and not just your toes.

Carefully step back down and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
