Step-by-step instructions

Position yourself under a barbell that is rested on a rack. Rest the barbell across the top of your shoulders.

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your toes pointing forward.

Lift your heels off the floor by pushing up onto your toes.

Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower your heels back down to the floor.

Repeat for the programmed number of reps. To maintain balance, keep your abdominal muscles tight.
